Packaging and insurance
Every engine travels protected, insured and tracked door to door. Heat-treated ISPM-15 wooden pallet, strapped, edge-protected and shrink-wrapped, with full transit insurance included in the quoted price. At delivery the driver records the pallet condition and you sign for it on inspection.
Tracking
The tracking number is sent by email and SMS on the day of dispatch. Shipment status stays visible from your client portal at every stage of transit once the order is confirmed — you know where the engine is at any point.

A note on customs (UK and non-EU)
For destinations outside the EU customs union — UK, Switzerland, Norway, the Balkans — import VAT and customs duties are paid to the carrier on arrival and are not included in the quote. We provide every document needed for clearance before the shipment leaves.
